Plant training on the digital twin

With the plant training on virtual Bihler plants, participants expand their skills around the VariControl machine and process control system. Using the real VC 1 control panel, they simulate all functions over the entire production process according to the trial-and-error principle - completely without interfering with ongoing production and relaxed in the quiet atmosphere of the training center.

The virtual plant training is modular and follows different learning and training steps. After basic training on the machine and VC 1 controller, Bihler experts explain the functional sequence on the digital twin of the customer's machine. In the process, the training participants can look directly into each assembly. All tool parts, components and covers can be shown and hidden for this purpose. This creates a detailed overall picture of the system and the complete functional sequence is clearly visible.
